Liturgy of the Beloved Community

Celebrant:
Blessed Trinity, perfect community,
Indwell us with Your mystery,
Enrapture us with Your love,
Unite us with Your Spirit,
Make us one.

(Silence)

Celebrant:
Father, Son and Spirit,
Revelation of the three divine persons,
Perfect relationship, holy community.

• All:
  Form us by Your presence

Celebrant:
That together we might grow spiritually
And become mature in Jesus Christ.

• All:
  Lord, we need Your community.

Celebrant:
To keep us accountable to Your call
For we are called to serve one another.

• All:
  Lord, we need Your community.

Celebrant:
To equip and develop Your gifts
So that we can build up one another.

• All:
  Lord, we need Your community.

Celebrant:
For prayer and encouragement,
For fellowship and festivity, for worship of You.

• All:
  Blessed Trinity, awaken us to Your reality.
  Form us by Your presence

Celebrant:
To witness to Your radical love,
For only in holy community are we made whole,
One people together, family of the living God.
